The publisher, along with its suppliers, contracted venues, or customers, shall not be held liable for any consequential damages of any kind arising from or connected to the performance of this Agreement. The publisher does not guarantee, represent, or warrant the placement, usage, or activity generated by advertisements placed in the specified publication. No refunds will be issued in the event of a Force Majeure during the brochure process or after the brochure is completed.
